Gregory Polk was born in Orlando Florida on a sunny September day in 1975. In 1998 he began working in financial services and shortly thereafter, specializing in mortgage lending.

Today Gregory Polk offers a full array of mortgage products from conventional loans, FHA and VA loans and can also offer creative mortgage solutions like bank statement loans, investor products, Down Payment Assistance and condo financing that requires no condo questionnaire!

After learning about the great benefits of Reverse Mortgages enjoyed by local seniors , Gregory partnered with Reverse Mortgage Professionals, LLC in Longwood FL in 2004 and in 2006 founded the only state accredited school to teach Reverse Mortgages curriculum to local professionals, America’s Reverse Mortgage Academy, LLC !

Gregory Polk has closed hundreds of reverse mortgages during his 23 year career and is very pleased to see how the industry has improved the product, adding wonderful safeguards to ensure our local seniors are getting access to their home equity in the safest and most beneficial way possible.

Today Gregory lives in Casselberry, FL with his lovely wife Kelly and their 2 dogs, The Colonel, a lively jack russell terrier and Sera, a playful American Staffordshire terrier.
